Fetch It is an on-demand delivery marketplace operating in and around Beaumont, Texas. This policy covers the Fetch It website, the iOS app and the Android app.

• Account data: email address, and for Fetchers a name, phone number, vehicle description and city.
• Order data: what you asked us to fetch, store or pickup and drop-off addresses, notes, prices, tips and order history.
• Location: a Fetcher's device location while they are online, used to dispatch and to show you live delivery progress. Customers' locations are not tracked in the background.
• Photos: receipt photos and delivery-proof photos uploaded by Fetchers, stored privately and shared only with the customer on that order and our staff.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We store only order amounts and Stripe reference ids — never full card numbers.
• Push notification data: a device push token plus the device platform, linked to your account so order updates and Fetcher offers reach the right person.
• Technical data: app and server error logs used to fix crashes.

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage for photos.
• Stripe — payment authorization, capture, refunds and memberships.
• Push delivery provider — Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging deliver notifications to your device.
• Email delivery — transactional and operational email from notify.fetchithere.com.

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking, we do not sell personal data, and we do not run a third-party analytics SDK in the app.

To create and dispatch your fetches, take payment, keep your credit and Fetch It Plus membership accurate, prevent fraud and abuse, send order and account notifications, and support you when something goes wrong.

You can turn push notifications off at any time in your device settings. Turning them off revokes the device token on our side the next time you sign out or reopen the app; you will still see order status in the app.

Order and payment records are kept for tax and dispute purposes. Receipt and delivery photos are kept while the order can still be disputed and then removed. To delete your account and associated data, email support@fetchithere.com from your account address.

Fetch It is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
